Mom, will you make me some mini bunting like this?

Look at how genius this is. A plain ol’ cheap white cubed book case converted into a doll house. The animation on the wall is my favorite part. LOVE this.

Old crates screwed to the wall to add texture, interest, and storage.

Strawberry cake with aqua icing. You’re looking at Claire’s 4th birthday cake. Nevermind that she loves chocolate best. This isn’t about her for pete’s sake.

I order a new topper each year for her. These little figurines are adorable and such a cute momento of a birthday. Last year’s was this girl holding a balloon that said “Claire is 3.” I’d show you but it’s packed away in the land of brown boxes located in my own personal Hell of never being unpacked.

Pink bubble gum necklaces threaded with pink ribbon. The idea is cute, but I can just imagine how many times I’d make myself bleed as I stabbed myself with the threading needle. Or how easily the pink dye would rub off on necks and clothes. I think I just talked myself out of this lil’ ditty.

Claire is kind of … drama prone. Usually wanting help with things, and not quite sure she can do it on her own, so when she tries something new and talks to herself about not giving up …
Well, thinking something like this would be adorable to remind all the kids that we believe in them, and they should, too!

These toad stool cushions make me seriously consider learning how to sew. (No they don’t. Who am I kidding?)

Have you ever seen a color combination so glorious? Saving this picture on my phone so I can recreate it when I buy flowers.
Pretty, pretty, pretty.
XOXO.
