A tree full of images taken in 2011.
5×5 reminders that there is much to be grateful for.
Tucked into a tree that glows most of the day and night.
Kindergarten graduation, birthdays, mountain trips, running in the park.
And then … the everyday pictures to remind me that it’s in these moments that my blessings occur.
That I am here to witness so much.
And so I count them, over and over and over.
Grateful for my family.
Understanding that the definition changes but the sentiment does not.

Makes me cry with joy for you. I have a blessings tree like that in my house too. I love it for the same reasons. I love how you choose to do your pictures on mounting board.Your year of firsts is almost through my friend, and you have made it through with finesse and style..

Susan … I have my images printed on matboard. Thought I might have to hole punch them and hang with ribbon, but they are sturdy enough that they sit on the branches without a problem.
