{ Fresh Start. }

Caeden is back in school.

Back to routines.

The gym (like everyone else on the planet).

Eating better (produce galore for smoothies … which reminds me, I should MAKE one for Wayne …)

Hospice was here a few minutes ago.

Wayne was VERY talkative and has quite a bit of energy. It is SO SO SO nice to see!

Yesterday morning, I stumbled upstairs to the kitchen,

and there he was standing there, feeding Caeden breakfast …

AND had coffee going.

Seriously.

Kinda liking this fresh start.

And to make it even sweeter:

yes it is haed to get back into the swing of things after your wonderful holidays, so much going on. So glad Wayne is feeling so good. Hope is can remain staying out of so much pain.

Loving seeing W so talkative, too.

not going back to the gym but spending a lot of time with jillian michaels lately and listening to her tell me “i want you to feel like you’re dying” which, i do, when i’m working out.

I too, loved hearing the happiness in your voice…we also are getting back into our daily routines, now to somehow work the gym back into mine after teaching all day. ugh.
